Why should you submit your property to PAPATY?


Because selling a property is time consuming and can cause frustration and even result in financial loss. This can occur when there is a difference between the price set after a wrong valuation and the net final price received after purchase. This can also occur if the buyer does not complete the purchase because he did not obtain a mortgage, for instance. As such, you should consider submitting your property to us, especially if you are based overseas and you aren’t aware of the local market and don’t understand its particularities.
